Terms and conditions

ClerkRow lists tools and sells nothing itself. Each tool is a separate service with its own terms on its own site. This page is a plain overview of those terms, so you can compare the tools side by side. It is not the contract: where it differs from a tool's own terms, that tool's own terms apply.

Who you contract with

Every tool is run by NETBEARS TEAM SRL, Corneliu Baba 8, Iași, Romania, for consumers and for businesses. VAT ID RO37261366. Trade register J2017000687229. European Unique Identifier ROONRC.J2017000687229.

If your content contains personal data about other people, the tool's data processing agreement forms part of its terms for business customers. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies whatever a tool's terms say.

What every tool has in common

Every tool works the same way on the points below. Each tool's own terms set them out in full.

Credits and packs

Every tool is paid for with prepaid credits, sold in packs. Credits never expire.

PackCreditsPrice
Pack of 2525$25 USD
Pack of 100100$90 USD
Pack of 500500$400 USD
Pack of 2,0002,000$1,400 USD

Prices are in USD. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Creem at checkout and shown before you pay. Creem is the merchant and seller of record for credit-pack purchases, and Creem's own terms govern the payment itself. Submitting a job reserves the credits it costs; they are captured, meaning permanently deducted, only when the job completes successfully.

A credit is the prepaid unit you spend on jobs: each kind of job costs a fixed number of credits, and a credit costs between $1.00 (25-credit pack) and $0.70 (2,000-credit pack). Credits are not money, are not a deposit and pay no interest. You can only spend them on the tool you bought them for.

Welcome credits

If you have not bought credits yet, a tool adds 5 credits toward your first job to your account once, about a week after you sign up. It does this once for each email address, only to an account that has signed in, and not again. Each tool gives its own welcome credits.

When credits come back

Credits are returned to your balance automatically if a job fails. If the second-model review could not run, nothing is delivered and the credits are returned. Empty documents are ignored; if every document in a job is empty, nothing is processed and the credits are returned. You are never charged for a job you submit that produces no result files. A tool with a recurring service you opt into charges for each period it runs; those tools are named under what differs between tools.

Refunds

The only money refund is for a whole credit pack that has not been used at all, requested within 14 days of purchase. Once you start a job with a pack's credits, that pack is no longer refundable in money: the rest of it stays on your balance. Credits already spent on a job are not refunded. Credits returned to your balance, as described above, are not refunds.

To ask for a refund, email the tool's own contact address, which its terms page lists, and include your Creem order ID. The refund is issued through Creem, to your original payment method. If your request is not resolved after 7 days, you can escalate it to Creem through the Creem customer portal.

Your account

You sign in with an email address and password, or a supported social sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and any API keys you create confidential, and for activity on your account.

Results and review

A second, stronger AI model reviews every result and lists what is left for you to decide; the drafting model corrects the serious problems the review finds, and code checks every correction. Results are not verified by a person. You must check a result before you rely on it. A tool is software, not professional advice.

Acceptable use

A tool may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, with notice where practical. You may stop using a tool, or delete your account, at any time.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you submit and to the results generated from it. The tools claim no ownership over either.

No warranty and liability

Each tool is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are given, including for the accuracy or completeness of results or for uninterrupted availability. If you are a consumer, you keep the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital services and any other rights that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, NETBEARS TEAM SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability that mandatory law does not allow to be excluded.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from the tool's dashboard at any time. Deleting removes your sign-in identity, your jobs and your API keys. If you have credits left, the tool asks for your consent first, and with it keeps only your email address and your balance, so the credits are still there if you sign in again with the same email. Without that consent the account is not deleted while credits remain: use the credits, or ask for a refund if the pack is still inside the refund window. You can ask to erase those too, and the credits are then lost. Billing records that the law requires are kept.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers ordinarily have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because a job is delivered as soon as you submit it, starting a job gives up that right for the credits it uses. Each tool collects your agreement with a checkbox at checkout before your first purchase can be used.

Consumer protection and disputes

If you are a consumer, you may raise a complaint with ANPC (the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection) (https://anpc.ro/) or use ANPC's SAL (alternative dispute resolution) service (https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/). The terms are governed by the laws of Romania and, where applicable, European Union law. A dispute that is not resolved informally, and not covered by those consumer options, is for the courts of Romania.

Changes

Each tool may update its terms. The date on the tool's own terms page says when it was last updated, and continued use after a change means you accept the update.

What differs between tools

What a tool charges for, and how many credits, differs. Each unit below is one kind of job with a fixed price in credits. Follow the link in the first column for the tool's full terms.
